Cancellation Policy
We get that life happens as mamas. Things come up, little ones get sick, and life throws us far too frequent curve balls. In saying that, we’re still running a business and have to care for the mamas who work for us too – our team dedicate their time to caring for each of you, so our cancellation policy exists to honour their time too.
All session purchases are final – we are happy to assist you with a reschedule (with more than 24 hours notice via our email address support@themothernurtured.com) but we do not issue refunds.
If for some reason you need to reschedule your appointment, at least 24 hours notice is required. No reschedules will be permitted if insufficient notice is given (i.e. notice within 24 hours) and the full session fee is forfeited.
If the original appointment was booked online via our online bookings calendar, the appointment must be rescheduled via email at support@themothernurtured.com. We will not accept reschedules via SMS. If you fail to attend an appointment, with no notice of cancellation, the full fee will apply and not be refunded.
If a cancellation was made due to unavoidable circumstances, then we will try our best to reschedule the appointment, but it will be at the discretion of Be Heard Mother Nurtured to determine the outcome.
Late To Session
Sessions are strictly 40min or 80min (as booked) and will not be extended past the hour due to late arrivals. Full fees still apply in circumstances of late arrival.
Conditions of Cancellation Policy
If a session has been forfeited, no refunds will be paid. This applies to all clients of Be Heard Mother Nurtured, even those whose services are paid for by another organisation (Medicare, Private Health funds, etc). The forfeited fee will also not be refunded to any third party organisation. Client to note that these organisations do not typically cover cancellation fees for nonattendance at scheduled appointments.
